Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once the package has left our fulfillment depot, address adjustments must be made directly with Royal Mail or DPD via their tracking portal.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

Both Royal Mail and DPD provide options via SMS/Email to designate a safe place, leave with a neighbor, or arrange redelivery for a more convenient day. If no safe place is available, a card will be left detailing your nearest pickup depot.

Do you ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses?

Yes, we gladly dispatch to UK BFPO addresses via standard Royal Mail Tracked service. For international PO Box destinations, delivery is supported provided the local postal network accepts recorded parcels.
