1. About MengSNS

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. Prices for international customers may vary due to local import duties and taxes.

When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email acknowledges your order but does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 3 working days.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Pay in 3 interest-free installments on orders over £35). All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Full delivery information, rates, and estimated timescales are available on our Delivery Information page. Risk and title of goods pass to you upon physical delivery to your nominated address or collection point.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] so we can raise a carrier investigation.

5. Returns & 30-Day Consumer Guarantee

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day returns window.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all brand hangtags and labels attached. For full instructions, please visit our Return Policy page.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

6. Faulty & Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If your soft toy arrives damaged in transit or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us with photographs at [email protected] and we will arrange a free replacement or refund at our expense.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photography, character designs, illustrations, brand names (Palm Pals™, Eco-Nation™, Sparkle Tales™, Spudsters™, Shoulderkins™), logos, and copy — is the exclusive property of MengSNS Limited or its licensors and is protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this site without our prior written consent.

8. Teddy Perks Loyalty Program

Participation in Teddy Perks is free and voluntary. Points are non-transferable and carry no cash value. We reserve the right to modify point earning rates, tier thresholds, and reward options with 30 days’ notice via email to registered members.

Points from returned or refunded orders will be automatically deducted from your account balance. Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may have accumulated points reset to zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MengSNS Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

EU consumers may also refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
